Body Basic Circuits are designed to add variety to the traditional Curves 30 minute women’s fitness circuit. Workouts include simple movements with multiple levels of difficulty so that everyone can enjoy and benefit. Circuits include Stretch and Strength, Balance, Arms, Legs and Core or for a total body workout try Combo.
