Women's Group Exercises - Curves Fitness Circuit

The Curves circuit combines strength training, cardio and stretching all in one effective workout. We understand it’s often hard to find the time to exercise, but with the Curves circuit, 30 minutes is all it takes!

In just 30 minutes, you work every major muscle group whilst burning away those unwanted kilojoules. Cardio exercise is great, but strength training is how you build and maintain muscle, and muscle is what revs your metabolism, so the weight you lose stays off^.

The circuit includes hydraulic resistance machines, which are designed to create resistance against effort. As your strength increases, you push harder and the machines will respond with more resistance making them ideal for women of any fitness level to achieve results.

Find your motivation and reach your goals with the help of your very own Curves Complete Coach.

Meet with your Coach one-on-one each week to discuss your meal plan and fitness program, review your progress and set goals for the coming week. Your Coach will offer advice and help you conquer any challenges you may encounter on your journey.

You’ll never be alone or left wondering if you’re doing things right. With your Curves Coach, results are within reach. She’ll help you lose weight and keep it off.
