Curves Whakatane is the number 1 women's gym in Whakatane. Curves has been helping women of all ages and health levels to improve their fitness and health status since 2011.

Our Mission Statement is "Strenthening the Hauora/wellbeing of the Women of the Eastern Bay, so they can be healthy and strong for themselves, their families and their communities."

Our coaches are on the floor at each workout ensuring you are using the equipment correctly, and encouraging you to workout as well as you can, specific for your needs.

We run 12+ Body Basic Circuits throughout the week, including Dance & Tone, Box & Tone, Core, Combo, Legs, Yoga Inspired Balance. These circuits are lots of fun and focus on different parts of the body.

We have a fabulous team of Coaches who are there to ensure you succeed with your programme.

Louise is the owner manager. She is a qualified Naturopath and PersonalTrainer, and is very passionate about keeping women as healthy as they can be so they can live the life they want to live.

Jaz is a young mum of two girls, and is very passionate about healthy lifestyle, eating and exercising. Jaz has lot of energy and is here to help you achieve your goals.

Emmy is a very strong supporter of women's health and wellbeing. From the physical, and emotional aspects of health.

Daleen, is a past Curves member of many years and has successfully done the Curves Complete journey. She is still actively pursuing her healthy lifestyle, and is keen to see other women succeed as well.
