I joined Kerikeri Curves in July 2011, so I could improve my fitness and do something about my ever-increasing weight. After yo-yo dieting for years, I wanted to learn once and for all how to reduce my weight and keep it off for good. I started Curves Complete in February 2012 and had great results, with the one on one weekly meetings with my Curves Complete Coach and with the help and support on the circuit from the other great coaches in Club. I got rid of 23kg in total over several months on Curves Complete and with regular workouts. I now feel happier, stronger, healthier and fitter. I have kept the majority of my weight off for 6 years now, and feel in control of my health and wellbeing.
