The Curves circuit combines strength training, cardio and stretching all in one effective workout. We understand it’s often hard to find the time to exercise, but with the Curves circuit, 30 minutes is all it takes!
You work every major muscle group and burn up to 2000 kilojoules in just 30 minutes. Cardio exercise is great, but strength training is how you build and maintain muscle, and muscle is what revs your metabolism, so the weight you lose stays off^.
The circuit includes hydraulic resistance machines, which are designed to create resistance against effort. As your strength increases, you push harder and the machines will respond with more resistance making them ideal for women of any fitness level to achieve results.
